When will I receive my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we get the ball rolling on your project. Typically, orders ship within 8-10 business days. In stock cards, prints, and other items ship out even sooner. Once shipped, deliveries are scheduled to arrive within 1-3 business days depending on the destination.
What are my shipping options for prints & stationery?
We offer flat rate shipping for prints and stationery delivered within the United States. Holiday rates are reduced to $5 per order. All orders are mailed USPS Priority Mail.
If you are local and will be picking up at the studio in Eliot, Maine or in Dover, New Hampshire, please check off the designated box at check out. Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you by email or phone to coordinate a pick up time and location.
What are my shipping options for original paintings?
Pricing for shipping artwork varies on the dimensions of the piece and its destination. We ship artwork insured via FedEx. Shipping and handling charges are $75 per item by default. You will be credited the difference if there is one, and we will cover any overage amounts above $75 if necessary.
Do you accept international orders?
